DDF Anti-Aging Review

DDF, which stands for Doctor’s Dermatologic Formula, is a maker of skin care products originally founded in 1991 by the dermatologist Dr. Howard Soble, MD. The brand name DDF was adopted in 1995. DDF has come up with a three-step approach to achieving all-around skin care. The steps are Cleanse, Protect and Treat. DDF skin care focuses on anti-aging (preventative and restorative), acne, hyperpigmentation, rosacea, sun protection, and sensitive-allergic conditions. In 2007, DDF was acquired by Procter & Gamble. The well known beauty brands SK-II, Olay are also part of P&G’s portfolio of leading global beauty brands.

DDF anti-aging line (preventative and restorative) also follow their 3-step regimen. Ideally, a new user will walk away with a customized regimen of three skin care products that are best suited for their skin type. This skin care regimen is intended to replicate the effects of invasive anti-aging procedures like Botox or collagen injections.

The products under anti-aging preventative are a group of cleansers, exfoliators, moisturizers, creams and serums that contains exfoliants to refine skin s texture, humectants to hydrate the skin, and antioxidants to fight free radical damage. DDF focuses intently on consumer education; their website gives a lot of info, and they also offer a free e-news letter that talks about skin care innovations and basic techniques. Full ingredients are listed with each product. It’s pricing is not prohibitive, but it makes no claims to proprietary ingredients or formulas. No money back guarantee policy is offered. Customer reviews are posted on the web site. Clinical trial researches are basically absent, although there are claims for its result in reducing wrinkle within week’s timeframe.
