Wrinkle should be prevented at first place before be treated
We’re all beautiful, delicate, and strong — all at once. But we still have to work on protecting our beauty from breakouts, clogged pores.. and most of all, wrinkles.
Below are just a few quick basics each one of us can incorporate into our daily routines in order to not only preserve our beauty, but also improve the long-term health and integrity of our skin. Skin wrinkles for a number of reasons – many of which are preventable, although aging is a natural and inevitable process.
Your skin is comprised of three layers: the epidermis (outer layer), dermis (just below the epidermis) and subcutaneous (bottom layer). There are also various types of connective tissue, each with a distinct role. For example, collagen gives the skin its strength, proteins provide plumpness, and elastin fibers supply suppleness. There are a number of techniques for preventing all these elements from deteriorating and causing a wrinkly look.
Sunshine, free radicals and hormones are some of the most common causes of skin wrinkles. Free radical damage causes wrinkles by activating the enzymes that break down collagen. Free radicals can come in the form of UV radiation in sunlight, smoking and exposure to air pollution. Menopause or decreased estrogen production can also make our skin look older. The best anti wrinkle plan is prevention. Use a high SPF sunscreen whenever you’re going to be in the sun, use skin care products and cosmetics that contain sunscreen, drink lots of water and don’t smoke.
Moisturizing helps prevent wrinkles
When you moisturize your skin adequately, the epidermis stays healthy and hydrated. This prevents the epidermis from separating and sagging, creating wrinkles. So moisturize daily and make sure you’re drinking enough water (minimum 64 oz. or 8 tumblers full) every day. There are many moisturizers available that contain additional wrinkle prevention ingredients like antioxidants and sun block.
Develop a regimen now to prevent wrinkles
Everyone who is concerned about skin care should follow a daily regimen for maximum dermal health as well as to prevent wrinkles. Even if you have just the barest beginning of wrinkles, an anti wrinkle cream or product can frequently stop those developing wrinkles in their tracks and prevent them from becoming deeper and more noticeable. Your daily regimen should consist of: washing, applying your anti wrinkle product, moisturizing and applying sun block.
Things you can do to minimize wrinkles
Although everyone tends to get wrinkles as they age, there are a number of things you can do to reduce the wrinkles you already have and hopefully minimize wrinkles in the future. The most important of these include:
Avoid the sun and/or use sunscreen
Don’t smoke
Use a topical anti-wrinkle cream
Moisturize daily
Drink plenty of water
Exercise
Eat plenty of fruits & vegetables.
More—– easy and time-saving wrinkle prevention tips:
1. After a long day at work, most of us try to relax first before taking a bath or washing our skin. While relaxing or doing mundane tasks, try brushing your skin using a soft-bristled paddle brush. Use gentle circular strokes when brushing.
2. While moisturizing your face, do the acupressure massage method. Ancient Chinese people and modern experts believe that acupressure massage can help release tension in tissues. As you know, tension can make your face look a lot older. So while applying your moisturizer, massage the pressure areas of your face using your index fingers. This will also help your moisturizer penetrate deeper into your skin.
3. Rather than take Vitamin C, E and A supplements, take grape seed extract supplements instead. According to recent studies, grape seed extract has better antioxidative benefits than the previously-mentioned vitamins. Taking one capsule of this daily can save you time and money in warding off wrinkles.
